I have been working with, over a number of years, the Specialist Mother and Baby Unit of Bradford District NHS Foundation Trust to develop a number of leaflets for them. These leaflets started with a series of information sources with signposting to services within the local area. The team meets mothers and mothers-to-be and guides them. I worked with the team on the copy and styling within the NHS brand, to simplify the words and graphics, so they could be more accessible to the local community. The leaflets were also provided in Word form so that translated versions could be generated.
